Then our service men and women returning from active duty there are hundreds of thousands of vets who don't have a job.

Absolutely it's an organization that was designed to help veterans find jobs.
And we do get the online registration we have training programs for those veterans of teaching how to.
Right resonates learn how to interview and then also -- them with partner companies but we also travel around the country to wounded -- rehabilitation centers.
With some of our partners like the US sell and we do onsite training in three days seminars where we train these veterans in the skills we -- for them.
On how to integrate back into civilian employment environment.
In any we even have some career opportunities for they can actually interview on site with companies that are looking to hire veterans after our seminars complete.

Then they come home and they're they're holding a job where they're making an hourly wage in the responsibility is nothing or they can't find a job in -- have nothing.
It when they start getting financial pressures.
They have family problems that's and you see the post traumatic stress that they think anger management that's the most -- said it.
When they're busy and they have responsibility again and they're out they're providing and producing and society.
These things don't happen.
You've got a peak put people back to work and it would wouldn't have nobody we wouldn't even have a private sector if it wasn't for the work these men and women have done.
