The treatment they need because doctor shortages and other challenges that you're talking about here.
The the problem is more severe in the adult world I would tell you that most parents will.
Do whatever they need to get their their their children health care.
And then additionally.
When a family loses a job there is the ability to transfer the child.
Two Medicaid so there is there is insurance coverage is available so you compare.
The adult and pediatric -- the slowdown has been more.
Substantial in the adult oriented hospitals but it's generally impacted the entire.
Industry really as a result of the economy.
And not so much even with Health Care Reform.
That's interest -- in getting back to this theme on on on the doctor shortages industrywide.
-- think the best solution you know to that is -- is -- because.
Of a lack of how lack of interest among potential doctors -- the bottleneck more in the training.
It's certainly more in the at a training phase even today.
If you look across multiple medical specialties there a shortage of physicians.
In the adult oriented especially -- shortages primarily in primary care.
In the pediatric.
Are we had the -- shortages are mainly in the sub specialists so training is definitely an issue.
And then that that's compounded by the fact that if you look at one of the major.
Changes that will could occur with Health Care Reform is that more people have insurance and one access.
We kind of have a mini experiment that is going on are ready.
In Massachusetts where there's been universal coverage.
And there hasn't been sufficient positions available to cover the needs so for for -- in the medical field it's really finding a way to ensure that we can train.
Traditionally the government has been the major provider.
Through Medicare on the adult side and through the Children's Hospital GMB program.
On the pediatric side in training physicians.
This is administration.
Go -- I was just going to.
Ask you you know from an ancillary points of view racing job growth with more more people.
Likely to get access to health care what about -- support staff.
Clerks -- -- even construction type workers to expand hospital spacing and equipment and so forth.
Yeah I mean you know it's very uninteresting I think it's probably.
Different than most people would expect that there actually is not really a shortage of nurses anymore which traditionally has been the most acute area.
Where we're seeing.
Most of the difficulty would be in the allied help personnel.
Pharmacists respiratory therapists.
Occupational therapists physical therapists.
And then on the kind of the general downstream effect is there there are some hospitals that are still building obviously some hostels are enjoying growth ours being one of them.
We're planning to make two billion dollars of -- new investments in facilities.
Over the next seven years.
We project from the construction standpoint.
-- will have about another 500 -- jobs at our Max and over the life of our projects.
A number 2000 jobs -- also expand our.
Our network we have a very large regional network.
And our expectation is to have between three and 500 new jobs a year over the next seven years.
