It lingers and it lingers and then you wind up thinking that nobody's hiring or you're so mad at your former boss that it prevents you from taking the steps that you have to take.
To get out there and hustle and I think the hustled.
Is really what it's all about and when I talk to people today who.
Are out of work and they tell me -- this just this law that job searching they're not able to find anything it's so devastating -- what do you do we need to find a job.
And most times they tell me that they're spending all of their days.
On the Internet I sit in front of the ball hitter I'm monster hot jobs and career builder and I'll admit -- you know a hundred -- -- nobody's calling and I think Nolan is going to college did you realize that after like the twentieth and -- the fiftieth minute meeting eightieth like is certainly no one's going to call.
And I think it really speaks to the point at the two gentlemen that you had -- -- you know they just started.
Pounding the pavement in networking and recognizing that people hire people and people are.
Your best source of job leads and it doesn't have to be people in high place is.
It can certainly be though the -- for the sister of that soccer coach that you know your kids now.
And it's all about getting out in a mistake that I made was hiding hiding because I was terrified of people saying so what do you do -- do you work -- -- you have to say -- In -- -- -- I'm in transition you know the worst phrases.
And so you gotta get out there -- he can't be shot you've got to get out there and you could do some of that online that you face to faces is is the most beneficial.
So what you got some real emotions are ticked off your hurt your betrayed.

But get them over with quickly and I -- get you know get down to it and the and then start connecting to the the people you know when your life which are gonna take you where you wanna go don't don't -- the Internet thing I have people say well you know did you know we've submitted risen managed -- your office and you you people didn't give back to us in time and I'm like well did we get like a thousand today there's no way were answering all of me it's not happening and how do you pierce through that -- you've got to be stellar in some way.
And honestly usually you've got to know somebody that knows somebody that can connect you somewhere in here they don't have to know me.
But they got -- somebody inside our organization to pierce through that clutter.
That's right and if you really work your contacts and -- -- on resources like Linkedin and FaceBook and even Twitter you can find somebody your show is on Twitter so I wanted to working your shall I start following the show on Twitter I'd start you know talking of the people who are.
