Tell us about the findings of your survey which I understand was fantastic.
Overall executives are telling us today that -- more positive.
About the future when they look out over the next twelve months.
They're predicting growth and not only profits but also top line growth in revenues was the most surprising thing optimism in the manufacturing -- I think the manufacturing sector -- the 71%.
Of manufacturing executives felt optimistic about the future.
The services executives a little bit less having a 63%.
But overall I think the message for all of this is.
Yeah did you do executives tend to over shoot on the upside being part of an executive's job is to be a bit of a cheerleader right -- -- we -- -- you've got to rally the troops.
They need to be optimistic do you do you -- to see -- -- to the positive.
They are optimistic but despite the optimism and growing the top line -- that's tempered by some consciousness as it comes to hire me.
So when we surveyed these executives they said.
They worked fairly neutral as it relates to hiring expectations.
Over the next twelve months.
More optimism here then compared to.
-- but is that always the case are Americans always just more optimistic.
Executive then -- European counterparts.
Well that this survey showed the countries that were the most optimistic it was a US it was also the brick countries -- optimistic too.
And even though the Europeans.
Tend to be more cautious.
They too felt more positive today than they did back in October.
The good news so looks like we're very quickly looks like we're trending up.
But cautious as I said.
