And you know have been able to afford those individuals that wouldn't have been able to see again and -- training we've managed to get a significant portion of those.

-- skill set that is that needs to be delivered in more of a building block approach.
It went in individual goes to college in the tens of four or potentially with a masters is six your program.
-- if you look back get the training that was received five years ago that five year old training is ultimately out of date useless and fortunately.
Vendors and at companies like Microsoft and Cisco and oracle.
Have recognize that there needs to be certification that demonstrate proficiency in these newer technologies.

While I certainly wouldn't it wouldn't that recommended anyone shy away from a college degree and looking at an information technology profession.
