Engineering talent and that's basically anywhere throughout throughout the globe.
You know you're -- you're probably just murder for CEO that we've talked to the last six or seven business days that has a help wanted sign on the door.
But is having trouble finding qualified people is that the case and are you having difficulty finding people to take your slots.
We'll ultimately we do find that we do find people but that we have found -- taking a little bit longer than we'd like because we're up.
We're ready to charge ahead there's a couple factors there -- -- first of all.
In this economy in with a lot of uncertainty.
Some people are less likely to jump into an unknown even if it has a good name with it.
And then secondarily -- since we first and foremost go after engineering talent.
There's a lot of grads and graduating engineers coming out of Asia.
Not so much in Europe and even less so in this country so actually finding that -- That pool of talent to become difficult -- we've heard this again you know I got kind of grown -- you've heard the same thing you know that that this country is just not putting out enough engineers.
And computer scientists is that is that an accurate statement.
It's it's absolutely accurate -- -- mean we're talking you'll probably almost by an order of magnitude of what would be good when you consider.
All the problems that you read about the paper whether it's.
Environmental disasters or even the hype about really cool products is really coming from engineering and it's coming from a from cool new products so when when you're right you've got something really strong but when there's a disaster everybody knows about it really engineering content as the key to that innovation.

Well we're we're we're seeing some modest forms of growth I actually would categorize it more stability.
At least that is is the that the turmoil is kinda quiet of a little bit however quite frankly at least it since you mentioned the US economy an awful lot of our customers are still trying to do.

Really what we've seen -- the leaders in all industry -- sectors and you're correct there we have 40000 customers worldwide and we really don't have any one industry sector that accounts for.

Generation -- optimization and secondarily entered industries that are trying to if you will have a Renaissance so -- -- that means.
