First of all what happened I was unaware that Blackberry had lost so much market share you have these new apple phones you have the new -- -- they've been boom and but black -- really been suffering as a result.
You know it's even more than market -- Katrina but there is still the number one Smartphone manufacturer in the US.
They've got phones on every carrier and that's what really helped them do it.
But they've lost a little bit of the -- people are really excited about having a brand loyalty that Blackberry brand loyalty still have some of that and I still need people time that say they have the Blackberry they'd love the keyboard.
And they understand the interface and that -- that's really -- -- on right now.
And and here's what they -- will really grab their attention of the brand new Blackberry torch is -- -- harm her black because of these names cracks me up that not only.
Does it have the touch screen but it's also got the QWERTY keyboard that slides out.
I'm dying to -- up I know you guys haven't officially looked at this thing that you have your ways of finding -- what's in it what's on it what do you think.
You know I actually really like this -- actually carry -- Palm Pre myself and that's one of the first phones that have both a touch screen and the slide out keyboard.
I think most users really want -- especially Blackberry users.
We're used to using the device primarily for email for texting and now you'll really like that so I think I think that's actually gonna work.
And on whole thing.
The palm tree in my hand here and -- it first came out this was a big issue and people were talking about the -- thing and the problem with.
The touch screen for a lot of people is that there -- fat fingers you know that -- so called fat fingers were you -- stuff.
You don't get the right word all about the then you have the option of this.
Plus the mirror on the back from -- and I think -- else but and I don't think the new Blackberry has that you can tickets.
You can't get to it but -- leopard hasn't happened so is this really the competitor not so much the iPhone you know.
The iPhone at this point people they're looking to buy Smartphones they wanna do a variety of things with the device they wanna get email they wanna get on the web.
And that's one of the things that -- hoping to catch up with this release and really release the web browser that is easy to uses the web browser on the on the Palm Pre web browser on the iPhone.
It's a web -- based browser which.
Mean basically can pinch and zoom and you can have a really nice web experience.
That's what -- at a restless for the cost AT&T.
He again age as me what -- I thought there were monopoly laws in this kind of you know they've got got got Apple's sewn up.
Now they have the library where to consumers -- they want a better deal -- what AT&T -- to about the network but they must have a great business development department because this is the hottest phone on Blackberry right now it's going to be eighteen he's -- For a while what -- usually seen in the past if you -- -- that you're not allowed to right now -- little with its innards but eventually it will come out.
-- your -- -- -- right now you'd love to fiddle with its -- -- there are ways -- there are ways to do these things still breaking is actually not something we encourage -- -- at all anymore it was a a review out of this newfound we will have a review very shortly I would definitely check out his -- dot com that staved.
Next -- Q okay well it's one thing for sure competition's great as it forces everybody to become more innovative we've seen here absolutely and and this is really great news for people their party committed to the -- what I heard at the Consumer Electronics Show I was watch out foreign -- -- -- The Chinese companies that have bought IBM's thinkpad business and that Lenovo has won super something Smart phone.
