I didn't realize you -- all of these businesses by the way you got about a dozen businesses that that you deal with.
What is gonna make you in the hiring -- what is -- I you know I urge you to hire more I just want to remind all of us and sometimes it takes a wakeup call look.

Six days school days.
No intervention by unions.
Unions are -- are terrific idea initially at the turn of the twentieth century.
When people were you know obviously doing all sorts of articles unethical things child labor and so on and so forth I pro union.
But to limit I want to be able to fire anybody who doesn't do good job.
Don't community and nonsense about I've been here for five years if you're not good you should be able to get fired.
Well to sit and -- -- to a good start this I like like to work states.
I want people who were qualified.
Whoever run companies to be in government government should be treated as business you have imports and exports and you have a budget.
And it's your responsibility.
Ethically morally and fiduciary duty as a politician to balance -- -- budget.
You cannot spend money you don't have.
Take it here's a -- here's a -- to big business.
And here's a hint to the economy as a whole.
Take a -- from mine not North Dakota hears a small little city.
People who reached out to ING.
And said we're gonna give -- tax incentives we have a very capable workforce would need jobs.
Why don't you come in here.
It's the I don't know what the specific percentages are but everybody seems to be working.
The process works don't punish business for trying to give -- -- all right Scott Martin.
Scott -- -- -- point I mean America's been here before we've gone through deep structural changes.
And it's a thinking methods in to the markets into the economy is -- -- economic -- country American get through it again what do you think.
Probably -- -- but issue I think today is just the uncertainty I mean if you're a small business person in this country.
You're worried about what the government's gonna do -- you mean the government is completely vilified does it take risks just -- the banks alone.
And so if you're trying to go forward as a business person like -- hire workers.
You're looking around -- saying gosh health care costs taxes labor unions my god it looks scary.
By the way what strikes me about what she said Toby is the disconnect this is a guy who voted for President Obama.
The disconnect between what Gene Simmons is saying now about what we need and what President Obama is actually doing.
The wake up call up the wake up call of all wake -- calls.
Is when I read that.
Economic advisor to the administration that I voted for.
Was formerly making sixty -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- I thought yeah -- -- -- Jane do you got there but it's intriguing that remember when Japan recovered from up all its problems we -- have a global economy the difference between today and 1950.
Is that we have six or seven other economies that weren't competing trying to wasn't an economy like there was an economy etc.
So being a global company we can't solve all our problems by look at inside and by the way -- How many albums and how many records -- you sold in the United States vs outside the United States just to make.
-- that's a good question but you're talking to an entity that has 3000 licenses everything from condoms to caskets.
But your -- but to your point let's go back to the content I -- -- everywhere and I said which is increasing the school week to six days a week -- fun and have to as the week.
And I think the work.
Food and being able to hire and fire pretty much -- will don't punish big business.
I don't wanna pay for vacation leave and I forgot to tie my shoe -- leave.
You punish big business and watch a move to shout to -- hoops.
He's all right you know -- -- -- here isn't I think again with you know I think he's talking -- -- through.
Look at we've got up as some positive signs -- Tobin is trying to point them out as well and the economy thing ways that this is this -- -- got three billion.
New middle class consumers coming online in China and India over the next decade that -- got 6000 pages of new rules for health -- finance reform.
Here in the United States stopping businesses from grabbing that.
Yet here we have some profound structural problems in the United States that have been an absolutely nothing in common win.
Japan in the in the in the early 1950s.
After having been bombed and it into its insistence.
I'll give you two examples the housing industry and the auto industry are not gonna get back to the level where they were before 2008.
For for years to come those were artificially inflated industries that had no business being as big as they -- there's all sorts of reasons why they were as big as they work.
But it's not gonna happen again at any time soon of course the United States can come back it has nothing whatsoever to do with.
And I don't know way that I think -- -- to -- it's a -- it.
They're good enough and not so that you know there's a bunch of a bunch of not I think not a good health cycles going Irish accent -- -- bigger scale and on the fact that you're combination it's a.
All of us have over mortgaged ourselves we allow this stuff.
And also regulations allowed us to do -- we all.
Drank the Kool Aid it's our problem and you can fix it easily you have too many pounds on you go on -- god damn diet would you please.

Although Wayne Wang back it in the late seventies and I turned it around -- -- -- and he really pushed back change the situation enormously radically.
Reverse the economic decline we could do it again right out.
May I offer -- how are better a real real alternative how about this how about -- all elected political.
