You've had to ride each of those cycles.
Yes I think I think the one thing I -- I could say in two words is targeted thinking.
That that we have to learn to rely on ourselves.
Particularly today and all most of the safety nets.
Are gone and so I had people uses they go to work for big company and work for thirty or forty years.
And retire that doesn't happen today you've got you've got to count on yourself and in this marketplace.
You have to prepare to be in the business that you love to be and doing something your love to go and find a way to make a profit it.
Your money the old saying -- maker with us that if you love what you do you never worked today I think that's -- So true absolutely true.

I've been the beneficiary of that type of thinking.

Because everything I talk about is something I've done is nothing theoretical about it so they're all stories.
