You don't and it's a total scam and so many of these cases.
And that's why you know the report also indicates -- lying to you on the phone.
Bill bully you on the phone they'll have these sound like names all kinds of problems so that's why we say.
Hang up the phone do not give over the phone even if it's a group that you're familiar with by the way even then the mark up.
That the fund raisers are gonna take potentially so the best advice we have for people is to just hang up and don't.
Give money over the phone at all.
The worst -- -- according to this report kids wishlists have you heard of these fox kids wish network yet they they it's something like 85% of the money it's hundred million dollars I think ended up in the hands of these professional fund raisers.
Really awful we have an advisory up to avoid.
This because of the problems with this group it's one of the worst by far.
Sure these if you're giving to -- body should they be outsourcing the fund raising.
We don't think so we think it's it's really inefficient in the vast majority of cases the mark up is enormous.
These are firms whose intention is to make a profit and a nonprofit that supposed to be dedicated to having the money go to the services.
The -- just don't blend well at all and so many times -- -- Even -- attention charities they get the wool pulled over their eyes they sign these contracts may end up for years stock in these arrangements.
-- you really -- -- figure this out of course you can always go to Charity Navigator to find out how much of the money is actually going to the people who need it.

They have their wallets out.
That's right and and these.
Groups know that this is.
Groups where they can really pull at the heart strings and the American generosity will be there so it's so important to just be really careful and avoid these kind of scams.
