We have an incredible team of people at century 21 and as we you know when I came on -- were back in February 2010.
We took a lot of time to do were due diligence to understand.
What do we need to do in order to position the company to be able to perform extremely well on -- go forward basis on a sustainable pace.
So we engaged.
Employees at every level of the organization to put together our plan and and we flawlessly executed on the course of last couple years.
Okay -- it's worked -- -- wary of you -- -- your passion for real estate -- early to new heights.
And you your company partners went you very much connected parting with Easter seals which is an organization helps.

And your recent efforts and why you feel like your company can help.
The partnership with the Easter seals that century 21 -- is a very important partnership for our company and in fact it has been in place for 34 years -- Over the course of those 34 years we have raised and donated as an organization more than 106 million dollars to think response it really is -- it's just incredible and it speaks to.
The type of people that are part of the -- 21 system.
So coming in -- the CEO.
Of course I wanted to support.
The efforts of our fund raising for Easter seals.
I happen to be a mountain climber by probably so -- tied -- yeah I tied my mountain climbing passion.
Two raising funds and donating those funds to the Easter sales organization tank that's it's that's a really cool and it's an electric and escalated to partner with them professionally also.
An addition to working with Easter seals also voluntarily big Brothers big sisters and how does your Philanthropic dedication.
And helps not only better you you personally but also professionally what kind of lessons can you take any from all of those efforts to -- dated -- -- You know giving back is critically important no matter what it is that you do and can I find.
That when I can make a connection with somebody at a local level and give back to that person to make not only the local area where I live better.
But then in turn hopefully have an impact down the road.
I'm all went so you talk about big Brothers big sisters I am a Big Brother to a twelve year old boy who lives in more managers -- And we've been matched as they call it for the past six years essentially was six years old -- -- it's just an incredible relationship that we have and then separately I do serve as the vice chairman of the board for Easter seals and nationally.
And you know that organization.
Helps those with disabilities both children and adults with disabilities to live more independent lives in the communities where they work.
When you tie that back to what we do it -- 21 in the real estate business.
We're all about the local market we're all about helping people in the local area to find the home of their dreams and so these things just you know really can -- here here.
You're mentoring kids who are you know -- helping those that are that are less fortunate in the local marketplace and it ties back to business extremely well tell all about making Americans and -- -- we are and I think that century 21 is that is that all American brand.
You know that really speaks to.
