Unemployment with Hispanic used as a 20% right now I know they're talking about jobs I know -- -- talking about the economy but is there any solution.
You've heard thus far that's been presented that your buying -- to hear.
Well the first of all.
There are drop out rates that are very high in certain areas of the country and they're not just all Hispanic.
But I understand education being a challenge in this country we used to be number one we're seventeenth.
Coming together so that everyone has the opportunity to have equal education.
I think it's important the education is critical.
Certainly for Hispanics to your point but more than that that is the talent pool.
That's going to be available for American business going forward.
So not just Hispanic businesses but all businesses are focused on that educated talent pool.
Principally in the areas and certainly science technology engineering and math.
-- let me ask you this I mean I know that you run up have -- -- -- as many the jobs that you have.
What -- -- that that things that you Deere run as you're on franchised businesses that you got that you've got that lower services employee underneath you.
What do you want to see done for that group but also what are you asking for today at the White House.

But let me go back and say -- in the restaurant quick service business.
But people don't understand that many of the people that started the front line employees now are managers are area coaches.
