So a lot of charities lot of nonprofits -- to write a check there's some great cause is out there we don't want money from individuals who want their time they want their expertise.
You chairman Rupert Murdoch has this been a great manager and our program for several years now and that they help that he and other news -- people can offer you just you can't put price -- We'll certainly it's an initiative it's been very important -- here to this company but also across the country and what's different I think for your program is that.

Recruit people for the some of the partners in our program have said specifically they wanna hire people that like to hire -- but generally what our program is all about -- -- people who really aren't sure what they wanna do we have such an enormous number of folks -- mostly enlisted we're going back to college we have a great GI -- -- -- -- -- -- back to school sometimes at the age 26.
And they're not sure what they want to do and they're looking for career and what we try to focus on is helping them with career development.
Helping them think through what job opportunities out there and how their skills -- translate.
