But at the same time stock performance hasn't and so we're always looking at companies.
We're looking at that are compensation packages especially proxy voting and short and trying to discuss with companies to make sure that.
Hey is the scene as CEO making a good salary is a good thing at the company's growing well what it has no idea.
You must take American Airlines and into the story that Gerri Willis has been following very closely and all of us really on all of this but.
You're looking at say for example at what we have -- our screeners some of the bankers compensations but it.

And International Paper has a great compensation package.
They have a good situation in terms of their valuation.
They have good employee admitted benefits and I didn't play record and angered environmental record when you put all those things together -- -- company for the long haul.
And it's one that we think we can hold long term it's -- -- second home.
I always look at.
Funds like this whether they're green funds or ethically that you're focused funds and I think does that really work it has in your case.
