I would say for -- -- -- for business plus Angel investments and basically came to a point and only nine to -- happen I saw my generation being decimated in the job market where -- can hurt but no I -- -- -- is pretty much stayed above board and did quite well but I watched as more young graduates like myself.

Couple years just earlier we're now being slaughtered in the job market you don't just couldn't get a job so I found -- But -- good job and so I said well I've done this as a twenty something millennial that.
You can't you I didn't come from money don't have silver spoon didn't get investment dollars and I found a way to really bootstrap and organic business -- -- formed this group of very successful entrepreneurs called the young launch Nortel.
-- so it's an invite only group of the most successful launch towards our generation and he never considered yup well under the age of forty.
And so our entrepreneurs are literally making billions of dollars in annual revenue before -- turned forty years old in almost every market manageable a national all crossed -- -- dating scene into thanks.
