Absolutely and another thing that's uncomfortable for the defense about the circumstances basically their own expert witness has essentially turn into an impeachment witness for them.

Which basically means that now their own expert is testifying about a variety of lies -- their client has told so this is got to be a difficult situation for the defense and cannot be helping quite frankly.

Jonathan and in this apparently if -- Don't have that defense witness expert witness is now saying and -- his defense.

That it's not an easy thing to do route to evaluate someone's.

Listen experts are paid to give an opinion usually favorable to the side that's paying him.

What do you make of that -- You know it's it's a real problem because all you have via this expert testimony in through the defendants contest -- testimony in the series -- -- is.

And so it's hard to know what the jury -- thinking but they've got to be wondering about what part of the story if any of it is true and certainly this expert hasn't really.

Appeared to help the defense and making headway on that issue so.

I don't know that the jury is buying any of that at this point.

I want to turn -- made to this through this incident in New Jersey businesses this is outrageous.

And representatives of the department of children and family show up at this man's home who happens to be a firearms instructor.

Yeah I really -- I mean I think it's certainly legal and anyone who suspects child abuse or child neglect is supposed to report that kind of think the authorities but there hasn't been a crime committed the picture of this child carrying this gun is not a picture of a crime.

I mean if any he had shot somebody at their word I mean he would not be liable for.

The fact that this man has put his eleven year old son through firearms training he himself -- of arms instructor.

And the fact that I mean this is exemplary.

And everything that the authorities did hear my humble opinion it.

Is pure bowl and they should be held accountable -- financially responsible.
