And this is where we started and today we've got to over hundred quite 25 different products.

We have offices and in Belgium and and India and Japan and somebody here that your your you're able to use one of our.

We have to be very good at what we do we have to to make sure our products are better than than the other guys -- big guys are we don't have the kind of budgets that they have.

So we have to do more innovative creative things along the way.

Yeah like you say we -- of that all types of athletes and and you know we're very innovative we we we deal with athletic trainers see corporate managers -- -- athletes themselves to get product ideas.

And you know we actually listened to them.

And and you know 195 ankle -- an example of of one half price I was that was a few years ago.

It's you know he started this business as we said at home.

If you -- do it today and what's different what what you know that the environment is so different we have taxes and regulations.

Is it isn't hard to grow business in today's world.

I don't think it's any harder on the if you have the passion for what you're doing and in believe Aniston and find find you know what your best -- and and and exploit that I think.
