-- -- There is a stock for it does the move higher over the last week good enough but.
This company stock lost 24% of its value over the last year -- next guest says apple.
One of -- top buys right now I get is buying on the dip here -- bigger gradient investment senior portfolio.
But is here Mike you know you like tech stocks -- -- -- -- apple -- up but it is a little bit concerned about.
The pressure that we've seen an apple over the last -- 4% fall.
Well it is a point 4% fall and it's already happened so to me.
That's a good thing I think in this market in the stage of the market rally that were in.
I think you really wanna look for value and when I look at large cap tech IC a broad basis stocks that really do hold a lot of value their multiples are cheap.
They're cash flow generation is strong and I think business is going to start in best thing the end -- again.
And -- when they -- could be.
And it I think you're right but if you look at the text fire.
-- what does all that -- look at that that's up 1% over the last year where -- pressure -- apple and Microsoft your big cap and I'm wondering though.
If if those smaller tech names that are kind of the next generation of technology companies that we should be lying verses going after the big guys like apple Microsoft.
Well I hear when you say -- but I really think that apple holds a lot of value.
And I think Microsoft holds a lot of value and I think as corporate America starts spending Microsoft is gonna benefit in an -- nature.
I think they -- strong dividends I think they're very cheap and I think they can go up from this point.
Another 10% premier and I think at this point that's a good return and I think investors should be looking there.
What -- -- what would benefit by getting a 10% return on on Microsoft or apple.
What does that this year that.
Well I think this year you know -- -- I don't think in terms of this year I think in terms of looking forward -- a Biden get 10% in the next nine months I think that's a very good return.
Especially with -- the market is right now.
I think gap was -- 24% I think the proper thing to do is to look forward on apple.
I think the shareholder -- -- I still think it's a growth company that's not through innovating.
I think -- Tennessee new products.
I think you're gonna see a cash distribution of some form hopefully in my perspective they raise that dividend.
I think what these stocks are cheap I think they're not done and I think they'll make you money going forward.
I tablets -- -- stores around near -- that's probably as somewhat true but you know here's the -- it don't like it has the greatest degree and that's the defense sector.
You're you're not a hot on the defense sector right now sequestration obviously is -- -- you're thinking here.
But don't you think that with the beat down that the defensive -- taken up Alaska department back habit of buying opportunity -- -- -- wrong word from.
In a beleaguered North Korea and -- game companies cats.
Well actually I am fairly positive on defense sector right here I think sentiment and all the arguments in the debates have gone on around defense cutting as part of the sequestration.
I think that's unjustly beaten down the defense sector I think you're absolutely correct there and -- -- -- like block -- -- there.
DA elect Lockheed that sucks up over the last year about 3% so I mean even though that short term hit last three months -- -- -- Overall -- performance I'm I'm glad -- and whether that's interesting.
That well it you know it in in some respect here 3% is not a lot so -- is actually -- quite a bit.
Again it I think it presents a lot of value in this market.
I think the company's gonna -- fine I think people forget that almost 20% of their businesses internationally based in that base is growing.
And they have a 5% dividend -- paid you while you enjoy that value.
Alright Mike finger I think -- -- -- like the sector.
-- the sectors that you're looking at might -- that it back thank yet.
