So well we're very elated with the judge's decision and we never thought that this was about obesity or about soda we thought this is about power and were were very happy with what the judge had to say this is clearly a violation of the separation of powers.
If it went into effect it would have had a significant economic impact on the movie theatres both in terms of soft cost and hard costs soft cost obviously we have to change -- armed poignant manuals -- have to change our signage.
And we are fearful that people would choose to stay home from the movie theaters you have a lot of other home options right now and if you could go to a grocery store and -- -- through three liter bottles soda and rent a movie.
We we think that you would avoid going to the movie theater.
And these are publicly traded names -- theater companies around the globe additionally should be showing that and also restaurants as well.

Right I mean we think that it's that's a very dangerous precedent because if we set -- the idea that we can regulate any sort of portion size whether sought or anything else.
Who knows what's next and maybe the regulate calories -- regulate you know coming hot dogs you can have -- a -- -- that's just something I don't think consumers on certain an estimated restaurant industry wants.
