What's amazing to me it is you were just doing you know software development in the software business and you thought what could we do.
-- but veterans to working started doing you know something that you it's almost -- it's related business but it wasn't what you were doing before other veterans your family what -- you.

And they are so focused and so ready to step up.
One veteran said to me as I was leaving expansion -- myself to the classic thank you -- the first time I've ever been offered a career.
It is moving I employ anybody to go sit with these young people.

They have always been well first of -- most of these these young veterans are all software -- And what they're doing is depends on the unit so if -- working on GPS systems upgrade systems are mathematics or things along those slides.
They came -- they presented themselves well.
They were willing and able.

This week is the subject matter expertise that they -- -- that your training them and then how do you help them find a job I don't they come to us so we -- using we're keeping groups of veterans together -- -- the most important thing as a says to keep domestic unit.
I don't wanna -- one person out they need to pull each other -- and together on any project.
-- will be a team of six to twenty that will serve a project one of our clientele.
Which will were looking to solidify.
-- -- -- so how much as a -- how long have you been doing it what's the response like we just started well we actually just started a first class this graduate in the end of this week.
It in your hopes are high obviously to keep this going were hoping by the end of next year to have 200 veterans.
And we're looking at the veterans to move up themselves.
