Okay thank you Nicole.

There's a little buzz around beverage company Constellation Brands today it signed agreements for the importation and distribution.

Of several brands of alcohol wine to Brazil's top imported wine distributor.

So will soccer hooligans reselling stuff.

They're not -- we love our soccer fans here in the building anyways will they be so willing so bad guy in the -- -- -- -- of for the people World Cup soccer tournament there next year.

And are there any deals lifting the company's spirits that are.

All the way Rob Sands -- Constellation Brands CEO president joining me now on the phone and a Fox Business exclusive.

This is an interesting deal -- you know it's it really it seems positioning yourself.

For massive sports events coming up not just -- the soccer but the Olympics coming up soon in 2016.

How do you expect that that can be added to your bottom line by doing this deal now.

Well you know we think there's there's a lot of opportunity down there in Brazil armed as you mentioned we've got the the Olympics coming up we've got the world soccer cup coming up so.

We think that there's a lot of opportunities where our brands.

It is in Brazil's about a forty million case market and it's growing.

Double digit -- would.

Really seemed to me that that you would be able to start advertising doing massive advertising down there.

Saying look everybody these are great opportunities people get excited when their team wins they get excited when they're sitting in in bars watching.

These kinds of events correct so how what are you doing what's your marketing team doing down there.

Well we're we're looking at all kinds of avenues to promote our key brands there were going to be selling down there com and we got some great ones that.

That we're going to be selling in Brazil Robert -- -- as you mention their respective vodka.

And in a scale on which is our Canadian ice -- We expect that they'll be a lot of excitement about these.

Brand -- -- those down there now or they're not as well -- you hope that they'll be it real adoption there when it comes to the month copies in the at a -- once they're not.

I'm particularly well -- you'll you'll get -- down there in a much bigger way.

-- -- get him down there in a much bigger way in her food as you mentioned is.

Brazil's largest beverage alcohol importers so we've got a great partner who's -- -- great -- -- Crown imports you finally.

Were able to wrap here your arms around that and got the Department of Justice out of the way how was that deal progressing.

Corona beer it's gotta be massive for you know.

In actuality.

We are still litigation -- I can't take too much but that was accepted that.

We did -- to a revised deal would I do believe that addresses all of the Department of Justice turn so we we continue to work -- getting that approved.

When do you think that'll happen will be second quarter.

Hard to judge right now OK so we're not gonna take a -- -- -- -- would it bring it back home he saw of course the jobs numbers today they've really surprised in a meaningful way to the upside.

You CEO -- blue.

What matters to you when it comes to deciding whether you're going to hire a -- a do you look at that labour report very closely or do you just feel what's happening in the markets.

You know we really make that decision almost solely based on what's gone on with our business mom.

You know if we've got -- need if we're expanding.

And we need people that we -- If we don't we don't where -- hiring now brought.

You know generally our employment is pretty stable at the current time I mean we we do you have openings we are hiring we're definitely not in the opposite mode which is contracting but.

So you know its pretty much business as usual for us.

We got very it.

Very interesting moves when it came to what was happening in the stock market this weakened by the way were rolling -- all of the Constellation Brands.

Names that you have I what I'd like naked great question ever try to but I like that name naked grape.

You know -- SE as you see what's happening.

Within the beltway inside the beltway do -- look at that anymore or has -- just become basic echo chamber noise that you can tune out and say look we're gonna do deals in Brazil we're gonna do.

This this crown imports were going to be able to do other things and do well because your stock has been on -- terror up nine -- 8% over the past few.

Yeah I'd say it's.

Would you say echo chamber -- I guess we could we could tell us what they're done.

That's you know I I'd like to hear that because I really don't like to hear CEO saying.

If there's too much uncertainty -- up to me that's almost a translation depending on what the businesses -- we're just not Smart enough to make something happen here.

Well you know I think our view is that.

We keep our nose to the -- we run our business.

We think we do it well armed -- -- -- grade.

Business -- great industry that's fantastic brand then.

There's nothing that's impeding us from being successful.

Even the so called the inside the beltway.

Looked at this three year chart people this is a great great chart it's really -- been managed well rob -- CEO Constellation Brands.

Thank you so much for coming to talk with us we appreciate it.

Extra -- and -- any time so look they're gonna take those brands that aren't that well -- down to Brazil and make them popular will watch that very closely.
