You might want to think twice before planning your neck strip.

A new report finds airlines are trying to raise fares especially for last minute travelers.

Basically defined as anyone taking a trip -- the next seven days and this means climbing rates for business travelers.

The global business travel association predicts a four point 3% rise in domestic fares for 2013.

And an eight point 3% rise for international affairs Delta Airlines got the ball rolling on price increases for the year already.
