We were talking about cyber security earlier this has come to the forefront of every.

Small medium major business in America.

Here's a lot of the marketing -- let's get to Adam Shapiro we put on the case he is live.

At McAfee headquarters in California.

Talking to somebody -- I guess he's -- cancer unbelievable when it comes -- Weeding out -- thought about guys.

They they do read out by the bad -- I want to remind you something lives about what we've talked about some of our previous live shots.

That went out of virus gets -- say the firewall that you have on your computer.

Pasture Internet service providers security systems what do you do at that point and corporations not just the consumer.

But what do you do for a corporation -- want to introduce you to one of the co presidents here at -- He might overseas -- joins us and and has this been something corporations have talked about you know -- -- they have like a firewall and ended at some other system and are they.

Integrated per share -- you look at traditional security in -- way that corporations have put in place.

And it's all like put a bunch of different walls up.

You put a firewall up you put security on your PC's you put up other devices and you hope one of those devices really stopped the bad guys get and and the evolution of security really leads itself towards this concept of security connected.

The idea of your firewall your PC's security on your mobile devices all working together things that happen.

Heading now do we is is anyone doing that it's all interconnected it is absolutely what we do here at -- and it's definitely get -- inside the industry.

-- out one thing about McAfee that some people may not be aware -- then we spoke with your other co president talking about how you see the big picture.

This and there are I guess people would not necessarily associate Maxi with protecting say electric grid or water systems nationwide but in fact you are doing back.

We we are indeed.

In fact what we're we're we're somewhat fortunate in the sense that most of the big targeted tax to date.

Have really been around trying to steal intellectual property from the corporations that they go after.

We really haven't seen yet what sits on the horizon is going after those infrastructures themselves.

And we've heard warnings about this you know the electric utilities being worn by the government that.

One day this might happen -- we were talking earlier Leon Panetta actually said referred to a -- cyber Pearl Harbor is that they come you know we certainly hope it's not as a security company we're trying to do everything we can.

In a partnership with government with private industries to really make sure that we help protect those critical assets -- an incredible amount of effort is going to trying to accomplish but how -- you know you're working with utilities water systems how long have they did -- act.

-- -- -- -- To prevent that kind of attack they've been -- -- for sometime I think you have to understand where they came from out of power grids traditionally where.

Some would come to your house knock on your door and and get little number off meter -- -- away.

They moved to IP address full devices so your house now is on line.

And because -- online that also becomes an attack factor for the bad guys to get in a potentially shut power off but.

All the -- critical infrastructure providers recognize this threat and they're working very hard to make sure that doesn't happen.

All right Michael -- he's a thank you very much for joining us on Fox Business live when you think about they have 500 security specialist we call them engineers I guess.

Working on this kind of stuff around the clock their slogan here -- say never sleeps and when you see this headquarters when you see everything they have here.

You get an impression that their allotted some actual -- Back to you.

Thank you so let's shift back.
