Up with this concept cloud service for families and we -- building -- for the past two years we've acquired five other companies that were also down on their luck.
And it will be launching at the end of march so what exactly does the cloud service for families so we think about personal -- today people.
Use products like Dropbox real favorite of -- -- the office we -- Dropbox.
You talk about mobile security applications out there I know there's all these -- or con mobile yeah carry basically about why people backing up -- managing information that the clouds -- -- -- have another place.
So with that wouldn't be great to build something for families.
It would be very family -- -- -- buy it lets you bought it as a parent.
And you could assign certain cloud storage family members.
You could share content easily between family and a concept called family room it's not easy to do right now especially if you have any android and iPhone or windows device.
I know my family we have four different operating systems in the family each person has -- different requirement for phone.
Or or tablet.
And so we can connect all these devices for family all the information available to the family you can track and manage children security.
Where they're supposed to be not supposed to be we have a great feature called driver safety.
If your child your teenagers now driving properly you'll get notified -- rational now so it's really suite of apps that use the cloud.
For securing information.
Devices and people.
Schering.
Information.
And also synchronizing information for all the various devices for fan its -- We hope so we hope there are one changed the name to snap we get.
Might have -- and why except one doubt we've been selling these individual apps since the restructuring -- bankrupt company we bought these great products and mobile security.
Content securitization and we've been selling -- and we built -- really successful business you know we've got about a 120 people now.
Up but we wanted to go to the next step we want to do something unique in some of them lessons we talk about -- managing business is really to focus.
And we -- we we could see the demographics of our subscribers.
Lot of females.
Mothers working we thought would be great if we could build a service that expanded -- the entire family not just an individual and nobody else is doing this right now.
And we thought this would be terrific space to be and and -- all parents to with the company so we think.
There's lots of things we want to do in terms of managed security for our kids what information are using how they're sharing photos and really kind of -- in the cloud storage.
And last but not least it really makes it.
Cost effective sickened by cloud storage you can actually partition and -- -- it's different for you charge for these services we do.
That's the one difference -- we've been able to really.
A build a successful business -- subscription.
How much up our individual apps range between seven dollars to twelve dollars a month.
The -- Stanley -- one family services gonna go out for 99 dollars year up to six family members you start attendees of cloud storage and get four applications.
Okay and what's interesting as you telling your story your great speaker by the way and I I admire -- that the passion in the personal.
Experience that you're -- into this.
But you are in very.
Many ways an outsider -- Silicon Valley and this sort of things right to to Clough -- -- we are.
-- -- you know where we're based in Princeton, New Jersey you typically don't plan cloud service companies are we find high tech companies and -- prize right in health care Sid -- outsourcing it's tough to find people.
In that's been really difficult for us.
And we recruit everywhere so we bought a company about a year ago and Indianapolis not for the software the technology they had.
But for the people so we have an office in Indianapolis with that I -- -- -- -- from certain.
Well there was a company they came out we'd love the talent there.
They're in an area called Silicon Valley lot of tech companies in Indianapolis 300 -- and we thought it would be great because.
The most important and many businesses people yes and we love we fell in love with these guys need to -- the company.
And we have employees in Denver in -- in California in Massachusetts.
So we prefer to hire top talent and we don't care -- our office we really want the best.
