I am the founder.
One of the founders of movie phoning back in the day.
The only way to get movie show times was to call a theatre and get that Zhang -- recording and have to listen to eighteen movies.
So we thought hey what if we used a telephone and you -- a few numbers and and you could put in the first three letters of the movie title in the zip code.
And boom we -- tell you exactly where your movie was playing so we started on the telephone moved to the web then we invented the ability to buy tickets in advance.
At the movies.
So people and have to wait in those lines although a lot of people still do and I'm not quite sure -- But.
The but -- so I'm the founder and really what I -- is I I try to make movie going easier for you when they had everybody else out there.
All right it's a way we're your business now because along the road I thought you had -- business relationship with -- well and I'm not sure what the status is.
Well this status is -- good and I do have a business relationship with AOL they actually bought movie phone.
About a decade ago believe -- or not and and I stuck around because I -- movie phone I love the business I -- movies.
And that and we continue to innovate and do new and creative things for for moviegoers and and obviously I do some media too so.
I do some television and do some radio just talking about movies reviewing movies I have something new called 62 reviews.
Which I'll tell you for movies good -- bad in six seconds because frankly nobody has any more time and -- movie review these days.
So lives so we have been AOL and movie phone and that and just keep on making it easier for moviegoers that's -- -- The six seconds things worked out great you are you are truly a broadcasts savvy -- -- -- I have I one of those guys rusted I had seen one.
I used to -- my wife -- used to try to see the five.
But then they moved it to nine this year I -- I -- -- But I saw -- given.
Oh yeah -- OK well congratulations you saw the best picture in the air.

Non of what The Who I'm not it appears that -- movies are subjective right what you think is the best movie.
I may not think it's best movie but I can tell you that at least in my humble opinion Argo will -- the best picture of the year.
It's got the momentum of a freight train at this point and it's interesting right because as soon as Ben -- Wasn't nominated for best director all of a sudden -- -- -- started winning every other reward leading up to the Oscars.
Now is that because.
People perceive he was snubbed for director.
Maybe not entirely but probably not a little something to do -- that people feel like Ben Affleck.
Did a great job and the movie was great in and made it -- go and critics loved it.
So -- I think your best picture of the year but just go back to one thing.
The nice thing about movies these days -- you can go to the theater with your -- and you could see Argo.
But most of these movies are also on demand right now you can watch them at home.
You can watch my DV -- and even though there's nine movies in the category they're all quality movies and I suggest.
You watch them all before Sunday night all right as far as she's the rest of the list Emily we -- had a panel talking about we get two votes for out of three from linked to.
That seem to get a lot of buzz too.
Well you know Libyan state thing about the deal awards this year is that there -- big big momentum shifts.
And which kind of make the awards more interesting than they have been in a long time it was zero dark thirty.
For awhile yup and it and then then excuse me the momentum started to shift to Lincoln.
Which by the way is -- great movie it's long it's it's the long one to sit through.
But so Lincoln seem to be the favorite then all of a sudden Argo and and again I think of the -- thing.
Really started to kick in -- when Ben Affleck wasn't nominated for director.
So if you if you got an Oscar pool live at home or or or work.
You know you you would be making a -- -- do you with blink and you'd.
You -- get to vote -- are you a member of the academy.
I am not a member of -- academy I have no idea.

I don't know how you get into it I don't know who they are I know the average age I think they say it's over 62 years old -- -- -- just not old enough.
