He -- -- ski rental equipment company in North America Ian thanks for joining us.

And meet you this critic how does it work because it's the biggest pains that people have with ski vacations as lugging all that.

-- It's just how works is you know agree everything -- people's -- -- that take you know all the hassle out of.
The ski vacation which mostly comes down to wrap things -- -- We bring everything breaks people's room and we just bring ease and convenience -- -- the gas out have died just take -- -- Some clarification is seen seems you met the founder of the company while you were in high school got it.
-- -- so who remain customer base right now you guys have really expanded across the country.
What type of people are calling up and -- elements used to over -- I'm really early everyone I'm in our demographic is is just about anyone that that goes on -- -- -- case.
We have thirteen locations servicing 35 resorts.
And that -- really is anyone looking zero like this that -- -- a hassle a lot of other that that ski vacation I mean would bring it right to their room.
And we just that make a life a lot easier just the other day I was I was in -- room helping -- gambling.
And you know dad pulled me aside insert my -- just said Ian you know thank you so much resist.
Saving my day just you know one of our terms as we save people's vacations one at a time.
Well it's not a -- ideas you're doing this yourself you don't have employees working for you.
Yet.
Are now now we we we certainly.
You know when when we started my -- just -- and I were.
You know a lot of the rooms are ourselves.
You know -- always taken phone calls and you know doing it all grassroots like staff but now -- -- -- location for example we have almost.
Forty employees so and dollar -- is gonna have.
Your service is free you're just paying for the rental equipment cracked.
Yeah there is no premium that's added for the delivery it's all included in the rental costs.
And again we're very competitive with all the -- -- locations we don't charge a premium we have very low overhead.
Without the expense of -- stores now for a the storefronts and he obviously is tough economic times people are piling people's vacations are either cut -- cut -- her.
What does your business doing.
-- -- still doing very well we're still in very much of -- growth phase.
What really makes us unique is all of our locations are individually owned and operated.
So we have a lot of passion behind black -- -- annals.
The owners are -- on the ground working in the business themselves and that really answer is that equality stays -- And this year this year were actually on track to show 20% growth over last year which all things considered we're we're very excited about good for US small business -- like to hear about it Ian Pritchard thanks for joining us.
