What this is one of the most interesting things happening at home building and nobody really knows about it -- talks about it which is sort of the point.

And people are spending millions of dollars to secure their homes so essentially you've got some very wealthy people.

Court building basically bunker style homes.

Homes that could withstand anything from a nuclear bomb to a dirty bomb to get hurt this category five hurricane whole house is essentially a refuge in some case funds yes.

And other cases they're building a normal house and then a bunker below ground that might be 101000 square feet where they -- escape and it isn't -- -- yeah that is gigantic.

Very huge very comfortably outfitted to -- now.

And -- So in some very extreme examples are actually -- spas in movie theaters down there it's not just kind of bottled water in spam it's.

You know comfort of people -- he wanted to be -- a wealthy people that it's afraid.

Terrorists on natural disasters all earthquake.

This stuff every every day now word people are afraid and importing things and his -- -- -- -- -- your kids learning how to shoot.

What TV a CTV video my wife watches this network and it's amazing regular ordinary people they're ready for Armageddon.

-- what we're all talking about is this -- in America of disaster.

And apparently it's really problem I don't feel quite frankly I'm you know I'm not that.

I do have a very expensive -- that's all God's will that is very common and now that's become basically standard for everybody to have a generator which is a great idea because we are having you know increased -- -- power outages and storms and things like that that's a pretty common sense thing to have.

Well it is becoming more common by the -- -- generator I think the storm proofing is something that everybody thinking about whether you're in the middle of the country thinking about tornadoes -- on the coast thinking about hurricanes and you know people are really rethinking windows and walls and even if they don't live in South Florida building to Florida hurricane code.

And other parts because -- Global warmest that terrified as old enough terrified evidence -- -- terrific stuff fund and we love your column in the Wall Street -- -- -- Thank you some of those aspiring mansion and is actually read fast.
