From you know someone who does what you do and as we do that a -- -- pull up a full screen because parents who want to work from home.
98% say that working from home would make them a better parent 67% want to work vs being solely stay at home parent.

Things that maybe traditionally they weren't able to do and -- in the corporate world.
You know I have a friend who's actually doing this out of Chicago but just -- the -- on the phone with him he was saying he misses.
That corporate world he misses being there on a regular basis and I think he kinda would like the com.
Of being -- from home back in ADD see that happening have you experienced that -- years.
Yeah you know it does take a little time did it to be used to that I I do fully tell what you it's I work from home all the time.
There are different outlets -- you know I I will meet up with friends who do the same thing that I do work from home so.
We'll get time out of the house you know of at a different coffee shops around town to work as well.
And there's also a lot of situations that may be a partial telecommute where someone will work.
From home two or three days a week in the work in the office the other -- so there's there's always a nice balance that you can't find.
What what are some of the job titles people using you know we have you know some people see the road tech advisor direct -- of global advertising.
I guess in this world you can do any thing as long as you've -- high speed connection.
Yes you really -- -- mean on our site we have fifty different professional.
Categories.
Job categories you know you -- some of the popular ones.
We also see a lot of online teaching -- online tutoring.
-- we see jobs for attorneys.
For account managers so you have really runs the gamut there's a lot of lot of variety it does flexed.
We don't we -- them were Granada bid site all the jobs we have our place by the employers so these are open positions where.
Someone can just out apply directly with the company that typically.
They can apply through our site sometimes as well but it's not a bit situation it's flying directly for that open position -- -- -- find more men doing this than women or vice Versa.
You know right now it's it's a fairly even split that we have.
You know and we get calls from everybody that are interest -- and our site they hear about flexible work they wanna know more about it they want to know where they can find these companies.
-- and that's really what we do we tried it provide that for people both men and women and we see both calling its interest in the site.
I would imagine it takes though real discipline and a degree of understanding that you have to.
The work -- to get done.
But does that mean you can do it throughout the 24 hour period here -- home.
Pretty find yourself sitting I'm nine to five even on you know.
Yeah -- kind of depends on the job a lot of jobs do have that flexibility where you can work off hours.
Some jobs like mine being director of client services that have a -- interface with clients and customers and employers so like I -- stick to that eight to 59 to five but I do have flexibility within that and we see -- a lot of jobs on our site that.
That flexibility is built in with the position.
And you kind of are able to make your -- schedule but you are disciplined as well to get to worked -- like you said.
You know there was a time where people looked at stay at home dad for the kind of negative connotation that I think that's a generation.
Go -- Does it still carry over is there's still some kind of prejudice against men who decide to take this -- A little bit yeah I mean you you do get you know the looks in the things.
You know while you're not working but you just the opposite.
Right exactly you know you know I've had this I've had a professional job that a lot.
Might have the freedom to work from home and to be there you know to help the kids out when they get home from school and things like -- so.
It's just and educating people on what I do and that I do working I'm working.
You know a lot but I also have flexibility within.
-- held we have kids when you started doing this.
But when I started doing that's my son was -- middle school my daughter was in elementary school.
On the you know six years ago and in and you just kinda worked through those phases so.
You know any any age I think it works well but for me.
You know it's more important as they get older and as being their form after school and so many kids go home that houses with no parents you know until 5:6 o'clock and it's it's just a great benefit to be there when they get home.
We've got.
An email here and -- and anyone listening.
And that's from who this comes.
Writes to employees have software that validate if the home worker.
He's actually putting in the hours I think this -- -- to the hard.
Is it more imported to work eight hours or is it more important is to get the job done well no matter if it takes five.
Minutes -- eight hours.
Yes some companies do I have I have have talked to some employers -- that you have like tracking software is -- -- you know when you sign on when you sign off those kind of things.
Using those -- candidate time sensitive job for maybe you are taking calls you know for a company from.
You know one hour to the next hour -- whatever.
Other jobs are more flexible -- that it's just getting the work done in that 24 hours that doesn't necessarily matter when.
But we see both sides of that.
Let's clear website up one more time -- I'm gonna make the recommendation that the next time you're on Jeremy.
That.
We figure out what software you can purchase to disable.
