Let's bring in Mike Reagan he's -- voice of reason from California but I want -- ask you festival about this this school law.
Of local news anchors and I -- there would be pejorative Mike but I don't think they're gonna ask probing questions of the president the United States of America.
This is a propaganda -- this is an Armageddon to a -- dad do that.
No no my dad didn't do that this is -- outrageous what he's doing I was suggested everybody watching right now pick up a copy of the constitution.
-- look at the very first things that in fact the government is supposed to do.
They're supposed to protect us in service that's the first thing they're supposed to do.
What happens every time they wanna raise our taxes they always take -- things away wanted to take away.
Fire department of big way the police department -- take away the teachers.
All these things because they feel people will go out.
And vote to raise your taxes.
If they think the fire department the police department in the military are in fact going to suffer and not be there to protect them they do it all the time.
And America's got to wake up just read the constitution what's the first thing the government is supposed to be doing and that is the last thing they do.
A lot of talk about California.
You you've got a lot to say about California -- got a hold on a second the Washington Post suggest that we.
I've been to -- on the formally Golden State I'm gonna quote directly from the most money.
A year ago the state was a mess would double digit unemployment a bottoming out housing market and austerity budget deficit now all.
Hiring is up faster than the national average the housing market is regaining strength.
Even the state budget is back in the black so -- Reagan -- we've been too hard on your state.
Oh no not at all you've got to remember again.
That they did deep November election.
What we voted for prop thirty was retroactive to the first 22012.
-- nobody got caught.
-- to everybody actually prepaid in fact the only conservative Democrat in Sacramento is a guy named Jerry Brown.
He understands that the five million dollar extra money they -- was not.
Not really a windfall that's money that's being prepaid before April Rai actually telling the Democrats don't spend this money it may not be there.
Too long because people are pre paying.
But understand this also if -- two million dollars in the state.
-- let's look at golfers for example.
You're effective state tax rate back in 2011 was six point 7%.
Today it is twelve point 3%.
He lost 80% of your deductions which means he can't write off your state income tax on your Fed's.
And then you lost most of her housing deduction.
Now do you think those people are gonna stay in the state create jobs or do you think they're going to leave this state and create jobs elsewhere my guess is they're already leaving.
But you know the New York Times took me to task and said that -- theory that rich people moved to avoid high tax rate they said it is a myth.
And they quoted a sociology professor from Stanford who said there's no such thing as these tax migrants.
People don't leave because of high tax rates so the times says -- I'm wrong on this issue.
-- I would -- just -- the New York Post.
And -- -- that give you a list of all those people have left New York.
Kind of -- to Florida for a better tax rate Florida's be led by Republicans are lowering their taxes.
Heather lowering their taxes on businesses that moved to Florida that wanna be in competition with Texas.
And get it right they see what's going on in California they see what's going on in new York and they want businesses to come to their state so what she was going -- the end of the year and -- whether California's up or Florida and Texas -- -- My guess is the lower tax rate gonna bring people.
Businesses and jobs of those states.
I'm listened to -- might Reagan as always thank you very much and -- again soon.
You got it right --
