Where countries are gonna be deterred from engaging other countries Brad I would say they'll they'll definitely be a public face in -- in a private facing side to it as well rights that we build up -- the United States our own cyber warfare capabilities which I guess were already doing put a lot of and reports that.

Beneficiary and now have one of the thing the barrier of entry to be involved in this is so -- now -- the proliferation tools.
