Well I do it's under review reduce programs cut spending not go the other way -- and we've had four years of trying the same proposal from the president then that's grow government as a result we have 22 point seven million Americans without a job and the last thing they wanna do is -- more spending -- Washington.

Well the magic that's going on is simply that the president is simultaneously proposing lots of new spending.
And a lot more tax revenues he says he's gonna do it via tax reform.
Lots of people think that means closing loopholes broadening the base and the lowering rates simultaneously.
What the president wants to do is close those loopholes and get more revenue but not lower the rates so course is gonna get more revenue in.
And that -- the overall package might not increase the deficit but the spending of course increases the deficit well.
And I and all of that I didn't hear you say was planning on cutting spending anywhere Kirsten -- You had an interesting analysis someone I did not expect this morning on a speech he said it was due -- -- the purpose.
And that you thought it was the weakest job negative turned and explain.
Why just -- it -- dispel that it was a lot of platitudes a lot of cliches.
A lot of promises that he's not gonna be able to keep a lot of most of the stuff that you proposed.
Would never get through the Republican congress in the first place he knows that he made the big show -- this you know doing an assault.
Weapons ban which is just to be events for the highlight of his speech and of course that would never get through the house and -- that won't address the problem.
So.
It since most of the day in -- killings are done by semi automatic weapons not buy assault weapons so I think that overall he just didn't lay out.
Anything specific that's really gonna change its directory of the country it was sort of an -- speech valley you know I -- adding that construction of the whole thing was sort of strange and -- he -- he wasn't gonna get cooperation and say well I was gonna handle it by executives or to Europe if I can't if I can get what I want congressman.

President last night said he's cut the deficit by two and a half trillion dollars -- -- back on up by six trillion.
What kids to Democrats just not know how to do -- Well they would like American people forget them in this president promised to cut the deficit in half any -- it.
And he's added six trillion dollars and it's not working and then he wants people forget.
But let me repeat mister president there is no free -- there's no free money out there and the economic policies are failing he can't spend money and grow the economy that has it worked but you gotta keep trying that no one thing to notice.
These things didn't pass from the Democrats -- in control he had his chance to pass and then -- they didn't pass them.
