The centers are bracing themselves for the big -- from the new health -- a -- but -- my way to avoid it.
My next guest says they should outsource their employees by asking them to work on a contractual basis.
But -- As easy as it sounds moment.
Forum and he joins us now.
I'm Paul -- it I mean it's a good idea but is it hard to do how do you do it.
Well it it's it's a strategy that's that's been developed that that that can help businesses.
You know kinda.
Cut a deal with the the threat of of Obama care.
And really what it is is just it's just an extension of the kind of outsourcing that so many businesses already do.
I mean most businesses would not think of hiring an attorney to have their legal services done north CPA to have their.
Accounting services done or a lot of and -- don't even higher you know janitorial staff they outsource that.
And so that good that the question really becomes.
Not you know what can you outsource but what can't you outsource.
And when you do that in in a Prodi -- cents.
You're able to develop.
A corporation that can pick and react very very quickly to -- yeah.
Necessarily need I -- -- -- you're not necessarily talking about you know firing all the workers that you have -- currently work for you and hiring people from China you're talking about outsourcing their sense of the people that you have that currently work for you.
Setting them up.
As individual corporations.
Where they deal with being actual entities and they still -- -- same -- it sounds great for you but it seems like a -- -- to the employees.
Well that -- though that.
The whole economy now is tough and and and you look at how many people are unemployed right now and would would love the opportunity to have a job.
From the business's perspective.
If there's going to be a Quantum change like this this is the time to do it.
And the way I would actually envision that happening.
Is you know.
Everybody knows about that -- the threat of obamacare.
And I can imagine a business owner sitting down -- employees they have got good news I got bad news.
The bad news is we're -- outsource your job.
The good news is we want to outsource that job to you.
Can you do that all you have.
I mean -- -- -- it in having this conversation it seems like you're setting yourself up for.
Some kind of a lawsuit I also -- you and you say that's not the case but I also wonder.
So that the goal is that you don't wanna be forced to provide health care or pay the penalty -- your shifting that cost -- -- employee.
Over time you know they they have to pay for that so aren't they gonna include that in their price back to you I mean that's how the market works.
-- that's absolutely -- your putting you're right you're not saving money period where that.
Eggs -- and exactly exactly what's -- hate.
That they will be at the advantage is that she's -- debt instead of of dealing with with relationships.
That are vertical.
Employer employee boss you know worker -- sector.
You're dealing with with people on -- on a on equal level on a court to court.
Basis so it changes the dynamics from one of of of rights and entitlements.
To one of shared responsibilities.
And again that's kind of a Quantum change so the other the -- Your -- you're not trying to escape money -- trying to change the way people think about the relationship.
Does exactly and this Obama care situation.
Can be a catalyst for.
Moving businesses and and in that direction.
And changing the awareness is of people that are currently employed or not employed.
Into new opportunities then and and and positive out of other deal -- Paul thanks for coming uninteresting stuff.
Sure enough thanks -- million.
