Have been halted supposedly what do you make of -- governor.
Welcome obviously a -- is always -- -- but these can't be on our relentless.
I mean this is really -- -- usual new world -- and we have.
No need for an army navy or air force we have somebody behind a computer criminal organizations state sponsored.
Individual just have -- and make mischief that can literally -- deny access to financial institutions around the world.
And even go deeper the more sophisticated they become.
And that's of course -- sophisticated state sponsor terrorism so a worrisome development this is a nice pause but.
Who knows it -- last while they last a little while yet but there are other -- and others out there that mean us real harm.

This is what you really have to watch out for I wonder what your involvement as American Bankers Association.
Try to prevent it is -- any direct involvement are.
-- whether were at the leading edge.
The technology.
Application and obviously.
Partnering worth individuals in the private sector and the government sector to be ahead of the curve know what's going on and respond accordingly.
The private sector I think has its act together.
We -- met last week with two of our major CEOs with people from all of the various trades around the table.
Who have expertise in this area the problem though Connell.
Quite -- and I can say this is someone who is involved.
In three cabinet departments and let's say the drug war we have some years ago the president appointed the vice president as the person to coordinate.
All of these various agencies report to somebody else -- when the president says here's what you do people say yes our.
And we need that in a cyber security space there may be and -- -- an executive order from President Obama hopefully someone will be in charge.
That person can coordinate -- and that's what we're waiting for not getting -- -- -- -- getting enough.
Leadership is the point.
What we're getting good partnership but what we need is leadership the government -- obviously is the lead space.
But to do it likely did in the drug war makes good sense -- to present -- point let's say sector of Homeland Security secretary of the treasury.
Everybody were forced everybody else in effect salutes that person.
And -- we have an opportunity for the private sector that too many top secret clearances to coordinate share information and protect America.
