-- to the heart of the issue in this today the presidency go overtaking -- I I think at least consideration for those senators and the prospects for success.

About -- and also senator rubio making it clear.

Once again to this president as he forewarned this morning.

That it is absolutely unacceptable not to link the pathway to citizenship and all of these reforms.

To first and foremost border security.

-- -- It you're you're absolutely right Lou -- -- and and review is right I don't doubt that the Republican and even some democratic senators we're with them on this proposal.

Are really thinking about the security of our country first I applaud them for doing that what you've got to focus on -- what are going to be the pre -- what does this country.

It what does this country saying to itself fully address an undocumented population.

Is it something that we just -- do because we feel like it or there -- things that we need to happen what was learned that -- -- psychologically.

I think everyone at this point is ready to do.

What is best for the country and that is of course is 66% of those those surveyed in the most recent Fox News poll say let's resolve this issue.

Police at this right time this administration refuses to.

Two -- I just said about -- Right put his security first and indeed they've just lost a court case are against ice agents who were suing the administration for blocking them from -- -- Court case out of Texas breaking out couple days ago the judge said look you know security agents are tentative -- to -- together all around the country they came in and -- We can't do our job we're told on the one hand to uphold Obama administration policy and not detain people -- -- certain -- -- but you gotta be.

Under sixteen when you came here not -- age -- thirty always is -- -- a criminal record but we're told.

In that case not to detain -- not didn't bring you know start the deportation hearings not to anything not get any information about them.

Vs upholding the constitution of what we were told to do an immigration law federal law do you remember another case in which federal agents had to sue their boss.

To get.

The opportunity to do their law to do their job and and you know.

-- forces did their job under the oath that they took and for that that they put this look at the -- in the catching your pick up and about why can't I -- -- look at the real in my brain are looking let's.

Trying -- one of their attorneys for -- back if you prevailed they prevailed Friday in federal court it moves forward.

This is got to be this is extraordinary today are will be -- the same person -- athletes can you think of another time you've been during the the briefs on this.

Has -- been another -- -- federal.

Federal officers had to -- their boss to get the opportunity to.

To actually -- live up to they're also office.

-- I can't think of another case and I can't think of any other example of where a federal law enforcement agency -- has ordered his his own agents break -- -- and the closer -- come to -- -- -- fast and furious.

With the department justice under this president.

But -- it it's it's extraordinary these agents are put in this bizarre position where federal statute says you must place certain illegal aliens into removal proceedings deport them.

And yet Obama -- it through the Polycom no orders them not to deport them so he is ordering the agents themselves to break the law.

And we I represent them and we we went to the judge in and said in our briefings look.

We -- where we're being injured here these agents are being injured because they're being told you either break the law yourself.

Or you face and employment consequences you can be fired you could be put on leave whatever.

And so it's a real victory for the agents to be able to make their case and I and I think it's going to be tough for the Obama administration to defend.

The indefensible here ordering law enforcement agents to break the law.

There are however and defending the indefensible those who would -- they are somewhat practice that would.

Chris thank you so much for being with us dot -- -- -- -- thank you I appreciate it --
