They are very focused at at the task at hand.

And and get along with with their competitors.
That's so they're they're not degenerate gamblers is that's immediately -- -- my mind.
Absolutely not we tend to look towards more positive attributes.
Somebody you can successfully play poker.
I I know I mean you I was sort of kidding with that but sort of not -- -- when people from.
Harvard business thought they came in on their own -- and MIT big buy into the tournament for 85 to to a -- 25 dollars.
I'm of course if they win they win money but you also had 21 NBA's.
That were invited to join the ten week trainees program.
Which paid 161000.
Dollars so this real thing for you guys are real way to recruit people -- is anyone else doing this.
Not that we're aware of we get the opportunity to do to leverage the great caesar's Brandon and the uniqueness that our business represents.
To these MBAs and it's it's a very competitive marketplace we're competing against.
You know firms you know like on Wall Street firms are accounting firms are big CPG firms.
And they're going after the same town we are so we we need to be creative and and deal to showcase the uniqueness of our industry and and Caesars Entertainment.
We think the poker tournament as a as a great way to do that.
OK so this is a serious question you know I have friends from Harvard that love to play Texas hold them who are you know very serious about it they -- Smart they -- great with math.
They also tend to have problems with addiction I mean like this is this this is a certain type a personality that's great at this.
Do you do you worry about this at all do you I mean are there other -- screening methods that coming from the side that.
We just seems like this go back.

We're not worried about its and in actually you don't have to play poker in order to get an interview and participate in the event so.
A good majority of people do and it's very fun it's it's a casual game although there are stakes.
And in money to be one.
But.
No we're not worried about it we can you look at its those skills that I described as as being more important here.
Any at some of those are having you like to look for people who aren't afraid of risk right I mean isn't that one of the things that you see is that.
They're willing to deal -- smartly so to speak that's one of the upsides right.
Calculated risk absolutely yes and math skills and go -- again with me what you think it is that you see that makes them great workers.
So they're.
Typically a strong poker -- they're very analytical in their approach of the -- the very strategic in their approach to regain.
They take calculated risks.
-- they're able to make decisions quickly at the table.
And do so in a manner that that social and and and yet competitive yet they're still able to socialize.
During the event and these guys stand.
Is you know those that make it far in the -- -- They'll spend 56 hours at the poker table so they're they're very tenacious and and driven to succeed we like that.
