Welcome to the week ahead in business and Christine has got the in New York.

Next week is extremely busy with the monthly jobs numbers being reported.

A slew of important earnings coming out -- fed meeting and a lot of significant economic data being released.

On Friday the jobs report is released for the month of January.

Last week the number of American seeking first time unemployment benefits.

Felt the lowest level in five years evident that employers may be cutting fewer jobs and hiring more.

After this week's disappointing earnings from apple the stocks to watch next week include six Dow components that are reporting including Caterpillar.

-- -- Boeing -- ExxonMobil and Chevron.

Also next week pending home 2000 reported on Monday and the -- PK Shiller home price index is released on Tuesday.

Also on Tuesday the Fed meets to discuss its monetary policy the -- open market committee then comes out with its policy statement on Wednesday.

Also on Wednesday the government releases its advance estimate a fourth quarter US economic growth.

Other data to look for the eyes and manufacturing index that is reported on Friday.

As well as the University of Michigan and Thomson Reuters consumer confidence -- -- which is also escalated to be released on Friday.
