Actually I was heartened to hear Senator Kerry acknowledged the importance of a strong economy to our foreign policy.
Doesn't.
Think one thing at a time expected that -- racking up all of this debt.
And as a result I think our ability to influence events -- -- to Christian asked Eric map right secretary says don't pick a fight with your banker.
And so I think secretary.
Kerry when he comes into office we'll have a much burden and because of the whole economic -- -- Your reaction -- Well I think that's actually right the real challenge is how do you continue.
To promote US interest abroad when clearly the Obama administration is focused on domestic issues a nation building at home that's a tough task for the secretary.
And the UK.
The minister the foreign minister either -- great sense of humor -- they chose today after Secretary Clinton had.
Testified to warn the UK citizens of the dangers of thin Ghazi that that had to be.
Somebody there had to be just laughing as they should that one.
Actually pretty serious warning we're very British targets -- the warning let's face for the timing has its timing levels you know we've just announced that bid in Baghdad there's -- problem.
I've found those hearings yesterday just appalling.
You know all the senators and congressmen they should've asked -- the tough questions they didn't one after another -- about.
All the things that have gone on the first and foremost to get ready for those questions and -- an amount of the park but what they failed to -- -- Hasn't anybody gone after the people responsible for bank -- these same people who were now doing the Algerian attack why have we not talent.

This is an administration.

That this administration is pursuing right now of those who have perpetrated.
The murders of our ambassador three others in -- Ghazi who have killed three Americans at least in Algeria.
No I don't think that there's a lot of evidence that there aggressively pursuing this.
And it's not just what happened before during and after -- Ghazi.
This is much broader than what's happened in one city in Libya -- four of our embassy and consulates were attacked on September 11.
There been anti American demonstrations across the region.
In the administration now for over a year has really not come to grips with the Arab Spring and the consequences.
Of this Tom -- And change in the region.
There is no policy that the Obama administration has been able to articulate.
For how it's going to deal with promoting.
The forces of democracy and freedom that we saw in -- square.
But also how do we go after the extremism that we're now seeing spread from Libya to -- to Algeria and other countries.
Nothing was said on that issue yesterday with Secretary Clinton and unfortunately S secretary Kerry had nothing to say about it today and he wasn't asked about it today.
And there are these other minor issues.
They are China where they are Russia.
That there -- -- including North Korea Iran other future of Israel.
There is a lot of that is that being on addressed at least publicly by this administration.
Guy and they may -- -- secretary Clinton's getting out of town just in time because the wheels are about to come off the bus there's a nuclear Iran that issue will it be forced to.

-- going to soon be to the point where all between the Atlantic Ocean and North Africa the Middle East the Persian gulf.

Now that was never true wasn't true when he said at last here it's not true today.
These wars are continuing it simply means that -- not in the fight a we're not helping shape the outcome.
And the outcomes matter whether it's in Afghanistan whether it's in Iraq whether it's in Syria today.
Our interests are at stake in their ways in which we can help shape these outcomes favorable to us -- for friends and allies in the region.
Without committing tens of thousands of ground troops that's a straw man that the president and the team.
He's assembled like to trot out and so again it has to do with the strategy of foreign policy.
Instead of seeing every issue is a transaction to move from your inbox your out box.
This administration has a hard time understanding the -- that's taking place across the Arab world in developing a comprehensive.
