I -- president -- rats are weighing in on that climate change in his inaugural address yesterday.

We will respond of the threat of climate change.

Knowing that the failure to do so would betray our children and future generations.

Some still deny the overwhelming judgment of science but not gonna -- the devastating impact of Bridget buyers.

And crippling drought.

The more -- -- -- -- the World Economic Forum in Davos Switzerland leaders there called for a wait for it.

Fourteen trillion dollar -- greening of the economy to -- in global warming.

-- -- change joining us now break it all down Fox News senior judicial analyst judge engine -- -- fourteen trillion.

Well look you know this this -- Liz -- is covering these people some nicely for us this is the biggest gaggle of -- on the planet.

And I would love nothing more -- to get the western governments to agree to cough up fourteen trillion in the next ten years.

The bulk of that from the United States forgetting of course that were already in debt by sixteen and a half trillion are almost up to a sixteen and a half.

I don't know how they could do this without a congressional authorization here I suppose the UN could raise its Jews.

And give the increase in dues the increase that members paid.

Over to this group that thinks it contained the seas and and the hurricanes by spending money.

Here's my view.

If you will this is an example of the big government big government mentality run amok.

They recognize no limit on government not even natural limits on government they think that by spending fourteen trillion dollars you containment.

Mother nature we actually believe.

That hurricane sandy.

-- -- inmates and that if they had had their way twenty or fifteen or ten years ago in the happen we will it would never happen yeah there's no science to support that I am not a scientist on the wire and a legal scholar and a television -- like the rest of us here.

But that justifies.

Common sense.

Also you say -- the money that was funneled and ultimately lost to Solyndra.

And a multitude of other companies so called green company is a -- of these government loans -- taxpayer money that went down the drain right.

The fact that that if ever got through you believe is patently unconstitutional.

Well yes -- mean that is so wonder got its money and and the other companies as well we're talking about green company yes.

Who received gifts from the federal government typically in the form the loan guarantee and then they went out of business and the feds had to pay off the company's loans right -- meaning.

Taxpayers spent cash from the taxpayers or money -- from -- Chinese in the name of the taxpayers.

The reason that happened is because congress' Republicans and Democrats gave so much discretion to the president.

So much ability to give these loan guarantees to companies of the president's choosing.

That this is now coming home to roost Republicans gave this power to George H.

W.

Bush and to George W.

Bush.

Democrats gave this power to Jimmy Carter and to Bill Clinton Barack Obama has exercise this power in ways that have frustrated everybody.

The Democrats didn't wanna see these -- -- fail the Republicans didn't wanna see federal tax Payer dollars going into these companies is unlawful.

It's actually lawful is that constitutional it's not authorized anywhere and -- the cuts the judge.

Gotta talk quickly about the Keystone Pipeline we -- in the -- -- governor comes out and says you know what.

He can traverse my state well I think this is very frustrating to the State Department and to the the hardly the strong environmentalist that support the -- president you know because this is basically saying to the president.

We have the largest single piece of the pipeline right moves through our state and we not only have no objection to it we want the -- and -- his -- is ready.

We're ready the landowners here are ready to collect rents to have this stuff built in their backyards let's go Mr.

President.

Now he's got to find another excuse to block it and this is greater pressure on him.

To defy his the the orthodoxy of environmentalists.

And let people in Texas in Canada exchange of pipeline and that and -- Create jobs behind it but lots of jobs Tracy judge engine -- and now it thank you sir -- guys thanks that elective.
