Nonetheless let's kick -- accelerator and Alan hall here in studio.
Joining us sunset you know you have a statistic -- that just blew my mind actually just put it on.
On the chat and half a million new businesses are started in the United States every single month or six million.
A year that that's -- it's amazing numbers as yeah I didn't realize that many how successful.
Number in many.
If you 1% of those right actually get the five year -- whether successful business that you yourself.
Have.
Been successful in many of those attempts and contributing to others attempts as well that's true I've had forbidden failures along the -- -- story can complete -- Embrace -- less than half a felt good.
But the successes much bigger than a -- Lewis solicit better be my wife would be unhappy I -- -- situation.
Still black and know what are the telltale signs that a business can work.
The number one indicator for me is there's a huge marketplace where there are going to be lots of customers.
We have a compelling need to buy that product.

This segment.
About firing your boss and your article -- kiss your busted by.
Wonder if that.
Well I think that there's a couple reasons one there are a lot of employees were very unhappy with their their managers and they are looking for something else to do.
And so we're suggesting to them and today's economy we need more people started businesses so they'll hire people then a lot of people who are unemployed.
And entrepreneurs are the ones who will hire the people of America.
Yes small businesses on the back -- the economy they create the bulk of the jobs.
But what we have seen in this is true in the statistics from the government.
Is that so many workers are getting frustrated in it not being able to find -- job.
Well on the job that they want that they're giving up and then telling the government that their employee.
Doing something on their own but does that really qualify as a good job.
And from.
And you know there are so many people underemployed.
And -- that are out there and they're struggling to find something that will pay their bills.
So sort of -- next thing yeah summer totally out of work this summer under.
Yes and you know do you think that we should stop saying just be happy to have a job and really make sure that you.
Like your job and are happy in your job.
You know I think we also lose about two million people a month to quit because -- -- -- dramatic.
Two million people quit their jobs a month a month because they don't like about fraud.
And so they might already have been looking for work and says they get a regular total -- -- -- -- on the way -- people are so dissatisfied.
They're not in -- are totally miserable and their -- two million people.
That's hard to imagine because the job market still pretty tough it's getting better but it's not like he just snap your fingers and get -- -- -- -- People are looking and an -- comes a job.
There -- a recent survey it's showing that 60% of people would take a better -- over a pay increase.
Really well I think so give me the money were humbled that's I think.
You know as I look at the factors that keep people engaged in happy.
That the -- you make usually not number one if they wanna be happy at work doing things that they like to do what defines happiness -- happiness is.
Fulfillment date they cents a are almost assignment I -- I think I can do good John matter.
But when a major steps micro manages or doesn't let them -- things doesn't provide researchers people get to be very happy quickly.
So why is being onto -- good for your career in the grand scheme -- year.
-- -- -- Well if you're going to be in Orange -- it's a lifelong journey is not something that you kind of skipped from corporate backed -- -- to -- that you don't do that one introductory offer forever.
And so it's getting -- learning and growing making mistakes fixing and keeping it going so mine are ten times I've done that I didn't wanna work in corporate America.
Did you work in corporate America never never no -- we should highlight your successes so you have your venture capitalist and ten.
Different companies one of them being skull can meet current and an Angel investor in forty.
So you're -- money to work.
I am and what's happened is a company that I have that I sold that took that will decide to give it back.
And -- give it in two companies who could grow.
And so -- sort of -- -- their horror I'm helping people get through the next stage so that they can grow their businesses and I provide cash.
Yes it kid so grow America is where your your founder that.
As well as managing director correct -- can you tell me about that separately.
Pro America has a specific mission of just helping people all across the United States start rather -- -- -- hire people.
And it's up a program that were offering for free to everybody United States who wants to learn.
To start little business.
So that's kind of one component of what I do and that's about giving back.
Right as a venture -- that's an assignment I have day after day and on the managing director of that Mercado I commerce -- partners which is really about fining companies.
That can accelerate the growth and heart -- Right and what are some tips to his finding here on business to -- -- an arm or serial print bar yeah.
You know I I.
Tell people that the number one mistake people make.
As we build their product first and then they go for a customer and they fail law for the time.
He should sell your product pre built -- -- worry though that everybody says that sell it market and make it.
That that's exactly -- and I see too many people who make this shiny object now they run out and try and sell them fail so his first call have an idea but we'll talk to customer.
And you've got many many times then -- and then you're probably much for success.
That's -- to -- point because I guess people are scared at the end results.
Might not be perfect so they won't be able to sell it but you might have the perfect product but no no market.
As -- that -- most of the time.
It's a great idea but they think commercialism what sectors are great -- options are to get -- right now.
Technologies and figure sold technology will always be good -- can develop some sort of an application mobile app should social.
All the buzz -- health care is another huge can't can be really interest from from people and from the two -- health -- economy.
Technological.
And it's also very disruptive right now so you can find room that is a little segments of the will be in the.
