Good morning everyone Dell's shares are up more than 4% in the premarket on news that the company may be looking to go private.

Sources tell fox business' Charlie Gasparino that the PC maker has been holding preliminary talks with private equity firms TPG and silver lake.

Gasparino says that JPMorgan is involved in the matter in his sources say they believe a deal will happen.

But he does caution that private equity has -- around other deals like this before including Barnes & Noble.

And then walked away once the numbers were on the table Dell says it doesn't comment on rumor or speculation.

Let's take a look at the markets here in the US you red arrows across the board Dow futures are down 42 -- and he's down about six point and the nasdaq's down.
