Health insurers are reportedly warning the Obama administration the individual mandate penalties wouldn't cover their costs.
And they are pushing for more penalties and fees to go along with the mandate joining me now former New York governor George Pataki.

I think it's an outrage but I think it's consistent with this president's administration's policy.
