Yes well good morning you know the hiring is happening in the United States we're very excited talking about growth.
We're gonna be hiring people on areas such as engineering manufacturing information technology software development hybrid technologies.
All the support our aggressive pace -- introducing new products like the one behind me in the fusion hybrid in the future and also about growing our business and volume which is happening here in the United States.
You mention the fusion hybrid could you had a lot of expansions and launches just in the last year on more coming up.

In terms of the alternative.
-- -- -- -- -- -- Are you still seeing the demand don't core demand from the American people for more fuel efficient vehicles -- -- help drive down demand for gasoline significantly.

We are -- consumer of Europe they want fuel economy of course on all the products they produce they've they've they've by.
When you look at the C -- for example we launched in November and December.
Fastest growing sales in the first two months of the hybrid ever and we're very excited about that product the fusion hybrid like behind me is doing great.
But consumers also want fuel economy and all the vehicles they.
They purchase and our offerings on eco boost for example -- give you would Turbo charged smaller displacement engine has been a great success story for us so.
That's part of the growth we're talking about here is hiring more engineers more people to work on those advanced technology so we can continue to be a leader in fuel economy.

But now in terms of global hiring trends so some of the jobs that were added by Ford last year -- jobs coming back to the United States had previously had been done -- other locations.

I that we will in fact you're right last year a thousand jobs were brought back into our -- -- manufacturing environment.
From places like Mexico and Japan as we brought worked inside that we could do.
Efficiently and affordably with our contracts we develop less happier with our UAW partners.
I think you're gonna see more of that in the future because our business is getting more and more efficient the same time you're seeing tremendous growth globally.
In the auto industry of course with Ford.
And not have -- that hiring is happening locally -- support the growth in those countries.

When you do that kind of -- aren't dead though people who -- investors want to know about the cost and you mentioned some of the areas of need.
Are the people out there are or you gonna have to you are you worried that you'll have to pay up for this talent.
Because there's a dearth of it qualified people out there how do you balance finding the people you -- With controlling costs.
01 thing we're doing is communicating with the employees -- place where they are on FaceBook and Twitter and Linkedin makes -- -- To be able to interactive social media and through the Internet.
To make of -- acquaintances and let them know what jobs are available.
I'll tell you the -- stories a great story in people have a lot of interest and an.
In North America we're attracting a lot of great -- there's a lot of interest in Ford.
Because of our one Ford plan and the global platforms a great price were introducing.
And we're getting a lot of interest specially.
And in the sciences and technology side of the business.
Who want to work in the auto industry again because exciting.
It's a consumer price but all that technology in the vehicle we are seeing a lot of great interest.

With -- technology voice recognition and all the immigration electronics into the vehicle that sparked new interest electoral engineers are software developers.
Both inside -- and outside board into the auto industry.
