So it was a real treacherous dangerous time and I'm fascinated by on how empires are built.

And today Broadway is one of the most important economic engines of Broadway.

That was -- Times Square was -- background.

Ethnic and -- at a restaurant or some memories of that -- Mickey Mouse and tourists now well that's the you're actually right about that there's the flip side of all this.

Which is that it has been it -- -- -- and -- from my money I think that the shows are not too oriented towards kids.
