Well President Obama just moments ago calling on congress to act -- -- -- the fiscal -- The president says he's optimistic.

We're now the point where in just four days every American's tax rates are scheduled to go by wall.
Every American's paycheck.

And that would be the wrong thing to do.
Well no kidding we've been telling you that for weeks.
Look I think at the ended the day Democrats and Republicans alike should renamed their parties the procrastinate nation parties.
That's because like a lot of college freshman they've left their work until the last minute.
Most notable of course 800 billion dollar fiscal clip that we been talking about.
800 million dollars from expiring bush -- -- tax cuts -- major across the board spending cuts to pentagon in domestic programs.
Sure there's been a lot of promises we're gonna do something we got more tonight but it hasn't happened yet.
It's not like the deadline comes as a surprise to anybody at all the least of all congress.
They -- the ones who extended the bush tax cuts originally passed back in 2001.
To 2010 and then 2012.
So for two years now they've not only issue was looming and they chose to do nothing at all.
But that's not the only thing that's lame duck congress has to do before the end of the year.
A five year farm bill passed last summer to help farmers hit by the drought has to be extended.
Into the next year -- past and if they do nothing.
-- prices could go up as much as six bucks a gallon because of an old fashioned -- that was originally intended to help farmers sure isn't gonna help consumers.
Then there's legislation languishing in the house that would and Cold War restrictions on the US exporters they could take advantage of lower tariffs on goods sold in Russia a good deal for them.
A law that could benefit US businesses awaiting the attention of lawmakers but again.
They're they're not even paying any attention to it the other stuff to a -- that would benefit outdoorsman who want to hunt on federal land the defense policy measure.
And today they are threatening to actually do something with the sandy relief -- bill that is the wheels don't turn any slower than they turn in Washington.
