But I'm looking I'm looking at a letter that was sent out today by the committee on science space and technology.
And they're talking about the Department of Energy ran into a guy who was not running -- loan guarantee program there.
Who -- was using private email accounts and the office of science and technology.
Technology officer -- conducted business -- via private email accounts how widespread do you believe this it.
Well you know indicated here's the question issue look at this you have to say how many places it is this the is being used.
And there's no doubt did people are trying to use -- to avoid compliance with the Freedom of Information Act and that's that's absolutely unacceptable when do we have to find out how widespread is that.
How many accounts are being used different accounts.
Perhaps there's a number of accounts by the same person but but this is something we've got to make sure -- that this is not being used.
To avoid compliance with the law because the transparencies that very important.
Not only god -- but to visit to the American citizens that this is not done and so it's it's not something that we're not -- -- go up until we get to the bottom of the.
I hope not end it gets into this whole question that everybody always look to -- -- is is why isn't.
Why are people held accountable for their actions -- the State Department and does -- whatever might be.
Are are you going to do you have and forgive me I don't know the procedure or the law but are you.
Able to indict somebody -- I mean if they violated all these federal laws regarding information and documents and records.
We we certainly can hold someone in concealed that there will be obviously there's anything that's a violation of law that would untrue would be turned over to the Justice Department -- -- wanted.

That is going to be an -- going investigation by a number of different committees in the months to come in the 113 congress since.
