Forget black gold it's more like a light gold it's been a very white Christmas for my next guest -- ski resort has seen over 200.

We benefit from having a great airport just down the road 45 minutes down the road to Reno airport that hasn't really realized ending the the delays and challenges that have -- the fallen that the East Coast.

So we're actually up to a great start and -- feeling very good about our business is as we complete the -- season.

Recently have gotten the most important ingredient for success is season is having that powder on this close that let me ask you Andy.

We have consumer confidence numbers today following we've got this mess going on in -- -- and retail sales this holiday showed that.

Consumers are hesitant are you seeing any of that where you are.

You know -- we actually.

Very closely track consumer confidence sentiment through Michigan and conference board and we most certainly see it in our business and we try and anticipate with the consumers thinking.

In our business is not just about snow it's about the entire mountain vacation experience.

And much more so there's no doubt that this is on at least 25 plus percent of our customers' minds and we're doing everything we can't add value.

Solve the products and vacation experience that includes.

Two -- days first season pass holders at whistler black come.

And so we're in a constant state of adding value -- that helps to mitigate some of the challenges that frankly Washington DC is providing porch.

And what LC doing to alert customers I imagine that there are a lot of choices in and around where -- -- at a lot of choices frankly in terms of ski destinations so how do you get it.

-- customer -- steered it coming choose -- ballet vs some something else that's out there.

-- great question and it is a very competitive environment in the western United States and particularly here in Lake Tahoe.

And the great thing is whether you ski are resorts either squaw valley -- Alpine meadows or any of the other find -- Lake Tahoe.

You're gonna find some some pretty incredible vacation experiences the number one is to understand that last year it will while we had a very challenging snow -- We invested a great deal and experience from a capital investment perspective in fact.

We've and our underwriting of squad Elliott and Alpine meadows on the recent acquisition to both of those resorts.

We put it in -- seventy million dollars to invest in the experience -- that includes snow making improvements snow cat improvements.

Still grooming improvements retail dining and more.

So a great deal it's gone into improving the overall experience on all facets of the experience.

In -- -- towards making our vacation experiences squaw valley and Alpine meadows more friendly more approachable.

Because over 6000 acres of skiing can be had when you buy a lift ticket or season pass -- -- resorts.

In and of itself that is remarkable well so really -- the focus is is on the entire vacation experience investing in -- It certainly looks beautiful where you -- rat -- that video we had this ski slopes reminds me and need to take a vacation -- really -- -- their -- Thanks a lot extra money -- well you weren't.
