-- that you need added security cameras on the ground or that you need enough people to protect your people on the ground and it we have gone over this again and again.
The State Department doesn't seem to learn any lessons and that's where I think Hillary Clinton is gonna have a problem.
-- -- Look like when they talk about systemic failure repeatedly you have to say -- who's in charge of the system.
And the system the captain of the ship at the State Department is the secretary of state that they -- -- they didn't want to say that and maybe the panel didn't mean to say that but that's the inescapable conclusion.
Of that long litany of failures and and I think while the scope of this report is very limited.
But it lays a basis for congress to go forward I mean I think we shouldn't -- get be at that clear sharp.
