At foxnews.com.

Gina at below and Victor -- well thank you and they're not a -- because -- miss them and because I.

Want to congratulate -- on her pregnancy but un.

-- you black box and started a dog eat resort and spy actually do fantastic step.

We want to bring it here and then -- you know you share tips position many people like we keep saying yes.

In addition to celebrating believe what they're comfortable -- -- -- and do something like that so you know I started in certain bonds in the process of that how you went from here to there are things about.

Yeah -- was a huge risk it was.

Kind of been seen leaving a place like this Fox News -- is great it was my home for seven years almost immediately.

But my husband had this dream Theres like thirteen years old you can go into -- actual logistics of getting to the opening that -- A three year process on its own.

But yet he he we love animals we love our dogs so much.

We want it's -- your place that we would send our own dogs to.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- And we also have a little -- Iman also training so.

GAAP we once once the process got really rolling and I saw how much work it was Canadian ice here at fox sitting at my desk this morning and that my husband's.

-- -- these long days trying to get everything going.

We just made that crazy decision for me to leave my salary and my benefits -- do this together so.

Here we are through its -- -- yes that's a month later.

This -- from just being you know this sort of idea only so many people have -- actually making it a concrete business like -- -- And.

We I had like -- and I had lived the -- since I was -- kid but.

Means you know we we've got engaged to a got this little puppy called Madison and talk a little dog in.

You know she's our relations -- little for child resell.

This -- your honor if she.

Literally was my inspiration she got me re thinking about everything in -- today we -- right sort of looking for buildings doing the business plan.

Doing all religious he's behind the scenes and you know she got me over that -- she was my -- dog cheap labor movement and that they gave me the push.

So -- you -- open it may have things.

Things have been great it see you know it's it's it's a fun business to be -- never have enough said today he always leave the building smiling and you know it's it's crazy see all these dogs and they're playing impacts and this parents are so happy -- they get this really hyper dog and then we've Vernon now -- it it's just it's a great dated debt.

It cuts like an owner who works full time on the same schedule with -- doc which is usually the -- home all day long as far as sticker goes at least.

-- -- -- -- -- at the -- her -- along excuse -- and the -- -- home from -- and the -- so excited to -- -- -- and they want you know so much attention and in.

Now that they get home at the same time essentially and they do their dinner in their -- time together and the owners are thrilled because their like.

Giant you know it's great deal.

Oh yeah.

And I didn't yeah they're sort of like on the same might have had a busy dates here so let's just on the counter yeah leg -- and changing careers drastically.

-- -- business has pretty much nothing to do with the other you know what was that like and what were some of the other challenges that you guys it's here.

Well today's my first day back in this building since the collapse.

Like a little overcome with emotion because.

This is such a huge part of my life and it was this was my dream job was sort care Fox News so.

The decision to leave wasn't seen and it was so hard but I actually.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Producer to business owner was fairly easy because of these animals they just make you so happy and it is -- -- Yes I mean yeah it's it's funny it's like you know over targeted dogs they're all day long we don't talk to really people anymore besides -- -- But it did -- -- yeah yeah yeah go figure the person that likes being president.

But they they need so much care -- hates it's it's a huge responsibility having.

3040 dogs in your care we have great staff but.

Didn't the main goal is for all these -- to leave our building see if not harmed and happy so I'm so focused on that every single day that I kind of forgot that it -- at the very clear.

But it that I that I'm thrilled that I said -- yeah I think everyone -- -- talking with our guest earlier about when you look at staffing and payroll issues.

Trying to find that balance between having enough staff so that you're -- losing money managers.

You know spreading yourself -- ended -- not having so many people that.

You're overpaying -- hadn't you guys figure that haven't they said.

That's say you know that's the unknown battle with with the new business and in the what's coming in going out but being hit.

The facility that takes care of animals we can't be understaffed society.

You know if if my payrolls little -- that month that is what it is because those dogs -- being taken care of you can't even dog and intended.

They just doesn't work like that so.

You know for me.

I always have one extra person just in case just in case of -- SE go to the bathroom or so I have to -- cut overstaffed so.

That question is a great question but ditches for my business I always have them you know -- -- hundred.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- The plan for emergencies.

It's -- they say that rainy days are probably one of our busiest days.

You gotta put on attended -- -- remained animal letting them come in suddenly on the -- so let's.

-- -- -- to find someone who wants to go in the middle of the grain market does -- how do you find the right people that not only want to do this job.

But skills to do we've gone through our -- and you we've gone through.

A few people that.

Don't realize that it's just -- -- we're gonna have it exactly like that it is hard work here monitoring.

Animals that are unpredictable.

And that when they're home alone in their environment they could be a completely different -- them when they're in a pack setting a date with with.

Not for their owners -- -- -- a -- Because so we've we've gone through some people that.

Realized -- -- wait we're not just playing with little keep your -- all day long where we've got you know people ask me if they got it exactly.

So we've sort of been -- those people out fairly early on and we've we've.

Gotten down to -- course staff of true animal lovers and that tax that is they're so.

I'm mark as the guys out there we we say that the requirements.

-- must be certified vet tech.

Or somebody that volunteered.

An animal shelter not somebody that just had dog growing up somebody that I.

Specifically my that's -- -- that people really I was isn't just like.

I think -- yeah we learned that in the beginning that we needed to.

-- things sort of found that tax dog trainers -- -- some good cases the initiative go to.

-- -- -- -- I think concert Q -- we got it cat that I think through this we tend to -- you guys in this business says -- respect people.

That can't reach out for themselves like YouTube have done all the things you love -- then came.

The resort is the Madison dot -- the web site is the Madison dot resort dot com Gina.

Today there is no money and it isn't the only -- and it's and it's -- guys doing so I think here that I didn't think.

Thank you next week but any day now.
