Well no sooner had news of the Connecticut school shootings hit the out of nowhere ads for Tom cruise's latest movie -- it mysteriously disappeared.
Other movies as well anything violent coming to the big screen insurers that wasn't showing up in promotions on the little screen.
But I think it's gotten bigger politicians now targeting video games that are already raided for things like violence -- Well excess of -- that even about -- -- kids web sites now getting scrupulously reviewed.

Look I don't -- I don't I've been in north -- through most of my life fight I handled part of the Hinckley case.
And Hinckley -- attempted to assassinate Ronald Reagan many people thought that was or produced by his obsession with the taxi driver in particular Jodie Foster.
But we've watched a movie and that's -- develop this obsession with Jodie -- -- He tried to do the same thing -- -- theoretically that -- Robert De Niro didn't tap into and taxi driver.
Now -- taxi driver would have been something else.
That made Hinckley do the same thing I tend to think yes and I tend to think somebody is mentally ill.
It's too simple -- -- answer is some movie that influence them.
Or in this particular case if if award for guns you were used to bomb or even his Sarin gas this.
This guy -- genius level mentally -- person that's a very dangerous it's a very dangerous killer.
But everybody's gonna seek these kinds of answers.
And actually.
I don't know if it has much relationship with them with with these particular murders but a little less violence in our movies be -- great thing.
And some of the final that is a personal call discussing -- it's obvious -- suited to government always trying to the government should be it should be used you're -- now is apparent at the best or most of my movie should have that should be art rather than exploitation and mean.

But here -- worries -- and I'm not a fan and an innocent vote but I am.
For you know -- -- president and violence presents us.
What what is and I guess what worries of folks who are looking it would have -- -- and if it makes even one out of a hundred who see such movies.
Or play such games.

Then they should be banned or they should be -- -- when you say that.
I think the cause -- is connection is not strong enough to have that kind of infringement on free speech for the government to ban these things.

Culture in which we have so much violence is a bad thing in general.
It's the right thing and to have voluntary restraints would be -- a really good thing look these cable pulling back these movies a basically people who are -- a very severe gun control.
And arguably their movies may have more of an impact on this than any form of gun or gun gun control so I think they're feeling a little bit of the heat.

Back -- always worries me is that after an incident like this tragic as it is -- that we overreact with censorship to the point.

It is some of the restraints that we put on being able to intervene.
And get some of these people off the street when they should be off the street.
It has to do with the institutionalization.
