Well I mean obviously disagree with the First Lady I mean in every state that outlook that that's more specifically Georgia.

In Indiana to states so once a section -- one is not a section five state.

When they passed walls are requiring a photo ID for the voter registration cards.

Actually minority participation went up and subsequent elections on a minority participation in the data.

You -- -- we need to make -- everybody that when you talk about.

Section five states those are states that because of civil rights.

Transgressions.

Sixteen years ago they still.

A fifty years ago they still remain.

Under.

The the watch a lot of the justice department for any any revision in -- -- electoral.

Laws are or procedures right.

I absolutely and -- section five states are states that have to ask the federal government's permission before they can implement a -- that affects elections but in any state that's passed the law.

I'm minority participation actually went up in the -- Georgia went up over 40% from 20042008.

So.

I mean there has not been one.

Allegation in one court case by the federal government or any any challengers in any state law where they've alleged voter suppression are shown that there's been voter suppression so -- unfounded.

And absolutely fascinating the right to work.

State the newest is the state of Michigan.

If that any state was emblematic.

Organized labor in this country it has to -- the state of Michigan.

Moving in the direction if you will of South Carolina and 23 other states.

This is this is starting to look like a serious.

Shift historically in this country toward.

Perhaps the entire nation becoming right to work.

Well yeah I agree with that if you look at the last insists -- 2010.

You see nine a right to work states gaining nine congressional seats from non forced union states.

I believe this is due mostly to the business climate is leaving those states are going to -- the work states and probably the populations are following so I think you're seeing leadership overall and -- the work.

Philosophies gaining traction in in various states especially in Michigan.

And today Decision Day for states on on creating exchanges under Obama care insurance exchanges.

Choosing whether -- create them themselves as had been envisioned by the I don't know whether to -- architects or.

Are there are -- of Obama care.

These insurance exchanges are not happening now in what is that it's twenty.

Today eighteen states parts DC -- the only ones who declared they'll set up their own exchanges under obamacare.

In by my math -- leaves Tony five personally but after the government.

That's remarkable.

Well -- -- proud to be part of a 26 state coalition that led the fight against this health care lawsuit to the Supreme Court we were able to carve out the ability for states to opt out -- proud of governor Haley.

For deciding -- South Carolina out of this this huge.

Fiscal cliff that's gonna -- for South Carolina as far as Obama cares concerns.

And for our.

And for millions of Americans many of whom -- thanks in part to the the intransigence of the national liberal media.

Millions of Americans don't even know that there -- about 260.

Billion dollars worth of obamacare taxes coming their way beginning.

January 1 on everything from medical devices to additional -- taxes on investment income.

It is it is a about half the size.

Of the fiscal cliff if you will tax hikes.

That could well be added to the -- if the year finishes the way we stand right now.

-- absolutely -- -- fertile Soledad one of the things fell on an interest in it if you really Affordable Care Act.

Many of the onerous mandates create about the Obama care.

Were exempted for the unions.

So I just found it interesting that that the administration is looking out for the unions but not really looking out for the states and for the individual citizens who've been -- -- the flow to -- fully implemented.

Well if you if you Republicans were looking out for more people.

Your ground operation would have been a little stronger -- or you could have been exempting people from all sorts laws.

Intelligence.

Community if you don't see that -- fair and equitable life.

Net no shame on the Republican party for not carving up the sausage in Washington DC you know we did our part we we -- -- constitutional grounds and we were mostly successful unfortunately -- quite get at all.

Well more lawsuits to -- and we'll see how those unfold as well.

I want her to have you with us attorney general Alan Wilson -- -- state -- South Carolina thanks for being with us thank you -- --
